Shipping & Handling
*Please be aware if an item you order is out of stock or if you order a quantiity of more than what is available. You will be sent the same item in a different/like color.*
Shipping Time: Shipping takes 7-10 business days to the West Coast and 3-5 business days to East Coast. Please allow 24 hours to process your order. The Shipping timeframe begins the first BUSINESS day AFTER the order has shipped.
Shipping Methods: Merchandise will be shipped via USPS or UPS Ground.
Damaged Shipments: A refund or replacement is given for damaged or defective gifts as long as the claims are placed within 10 days of the gifts or item receipt. Once we can inspect the item and confirm the damaged or defective gift, we send you a replacement or refund via paypal.
Manufacturers Defects: If a product appears to have a manufactures defect please contact me and let me know about the problem and I will take care of it for you.
Return Merchandise Policy: Returns are made to me. Please email me your problem and I will advise the proper steps for returning the merchandise.
